Fasule Recipe
Experience the rich flavors of Albanian cuisine with our Fasule recipe. This traditional dish combines tender white beans, aromatic onions, tomatoes, and a hint of paprika. It's a hearty and comforting stew that's perfect for chilly days or when you're craving a taste of home.

2 cups dried white beans pre-soaked 1 onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves minced 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish
In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add pre-soaked white beans to the pot and cover with water.
Stir in diced tomatoes and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
Check the beans for tenderness. Once they're soft, remove from heat.
Use a potato masher or the back of a spoon to slightly mash some beans for a thicker consistency.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
