Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add in the eggs and melted butter or coconut oil. Mix well until the dough comes together.
  • Gradually add warm water to the mixture while continuing to mix, until the dough is soft and pliable.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into round bun shapes. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Once baked, remove the buns from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
  • Slice the buns in half horizontally and use them as a base for your favorite keto burgers.
